Today I’m excited to officially launch our interactive tinnitus coaching program — a structured, step-by-step pathway that helps you reduce stress, improve sleep, and regain a sense of control. The program is available in two tiers so you can choose the level of guidance that fits your needs.

It follows a calm, medical, and practical approach: weekly interactive elements, daily micro-exercises, and clear explanations tailored to different tinnitus types. You can see how it works on the start page.

Two tiers — one structured pathway

Basic: Structured video lessons over 12 weeks and weekly group Q&A.
Advanced: Everything in Basic plus personalized 1:1 coaching at the start of the program.

Both tiers are available as flexible monthly subscriptions with no fixed duration. There is a 14‑day money‑back guarantee.

Who is it for?

The program is designed for people with different tinnitus triggers — including hearing‑loss‑related tinnitus — who want a realistic, evidence‑based plan and steady support while implementing it. It is not a substitute for medical treatment; if you need further medical help, your treating physician must provide it. My role here is to guide, structure, and coach your implementation.

If you’re ready to begin, pick a tier on the start page's pricing section. After checkout, we will contact you within 48 hours at the email you provide.
